About TWO DOVES
 

Two Doves proudly brews locally roasted coffee and Teas from Cheshire and Wales. We serve a delicious range of freshly baked cakes and snacks; vegan and non-vegan.  On the menu you will find traditional drinks like the Cappuccino and Macchiato, signature drinks like Ollies Orchard Apple Juice from Cheshire, along with carefully developed seasonal specialities. Food menu is simple with the popular traditional choices you will find in any coffee shop.

WHO WE ARE
 

Two Doves – Two friends Nic and Lou with over 30 years of friendship, Previously owning their own businesses, graduating and working within the corporate legal sector and blue chip companies had a secret desire to work together and run a shop.  From hardly seeing each other due to work pressures and the desire to spend more time with their families decided to throw caution to the wind and Open a shop together.  A cliché saying, but life is too short and they wanted to enter the next chapter with a brand new and fresh identity.  Both enjoy their dogs, horses, walking and their homes in the countryside and simply wanted to spend more time and focus on this.

‘For the past few years, we’ve been saying we’d love to laugh more at work and focus more time on well-being and work life balance.  We both have a passion for renovating houses and love interior design, our friends say we have a good eye and cursed with good taste, along with the ability to talk very well! – so I guess we thought this would be a good fit!’
